WHAT IS WONDERLAND AT HOME?

Born out of lockdown, the creative team at Wonderland Restaurants has partnered with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to launch Wonderland At Home, a premium immersive boxed dining experience featuring some of the world’s most iconic brands from film and television delivered to your door.

Wonderland At Home is set to create at-home physical and digital experiences that serve super fans in a new and innovative way. Storytelling and delicious food and drink are coupled with sensorial moments to allow fans to connect with their favourite movies and TV shows like never before. Further boxed dining experiences are planned for the coming months featuring more popular and beloved Warner Bros. franchises.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A tasting menu of food and drink are delivered to your door, along with limited edition collector’s items. Inside your box you’ll find step-by-step cooking guides to help you along the way. No expertise or culinary skills required!

WHEN WILL ALL THE DISHES BE REVEALED?

You can expect dishes to be revealed on our social feeds in the coming weeks to launch. We don’t want to spoil the surprise!

DO THE DISHES ARRIVE PRE-PREPARED, OR DO I HAVE TO COOK THE INGREDIENTS MYSELF?

Our dishes are delivered pre-prepared in refrigerated packaging, ready to cook at home. Some snacks, sweets and drinks can be eaten straight-away, others will require you to get a little more involved – trust us, that’s part of the fun. Our step-by-step cooking guides within the box tell you everything you need to know to make preparation simple and fun.

DO YOU DO ANY BOXES FOR ONE?

Not at the moment, but we are looking at offering in the future.

CAN I SWAP A DISH FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Unfortunately, substitutions are not available.

HOW LONG CAN I STORE THE FOOD?

All products have a shelf life of a minimum of three days when kept in the fridge and you can check the expiration dates included on the packaging.

ARE ANY OF YOUR DISHES GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN OR SUITABLE FOR ANY OTHER ALLERGIES?

Our boxes can be made vegetarian friendly. We are unfortunately able to accommodate gluten-free dietary requirements at this time, but we are working hard to introduce more options for our customers this year. Allergens in our box include: wheat, eggs, milk, soybeans, nuts.

Additional options will be available for future boxes.

(We work very hard to manage allergens in our kitchens, but we cannot guarantee our food is 100% free from allergens).

WHERE CAN I FIND THE FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR EACH MEAL?

Once the menu has been revealed, you’ll be able to find the full list of ingredients for each dish on our website.

WILL COOKING INSTRUCTIONS BE INCLUDED?

Detailed step-by-step instructions from our chefs will be included within the box as well as links to online how-to videos.

IS YOUR MEAT AND FISH SUSTAINABLY SOURCED?

Yes, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure our ingredients are all sustainably sourced.

ORDERING

BOXES ARE SOLD OUT. WILL MORE COME ON SALE?

Yes, keep a close eye on our social feeds and check back as we often release extra delivery dates or extend runs.

HOW DO I ORDER A BOX?

Just head to our website www.wonderlandathome.com and click the experience you would like.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP/DELIVER TO?

We deliver nationwide in the US and UK, with the exception of some States, the Scottish Isles, Scottish highlands and the Channel Islands. Use the ZIP/postcode finder on our basket page to find out if your location is eligible.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

To avoid any disappointment, we recommend placing orders as far in advance as possible. You must order five days in advance of your desired delivery date and we encourage you to do this as soon as possible to ensure your desired date doesn’t sell out.

WHEN IS THE NEXT SHIPPING/DELIVERY DATE?

Once you’ve completed your shopping, click on the basket icon to see all available delivery dates for your ZIP/postcode.

DO YOU ACCEPT WONDERLAND AT HOME GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes and you can redeem these on our cart pages.

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours before delivery.

CAN I SEND A WONDERLAND AT HOME ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE AS A GIFT?

You sure can. When completing the shipping address field, add the gift recipients postal address and we’ll send it their way.

DELIVERIES

CAN I SELECT A DELIVERY TIMESLOT?

We can’t offer you specific time slots just yet, but you will receive a delivery window on the day of delivery by the couriers, this could be anytime between 8am – 8pm (local time). This is an estimated time of delivery, not a guarantee.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE BOXES SAFELY DURING COVID19?

Drivers are wearing gloves, masks and adhering to all local COVID safety standards with contactless delivery whenever possible.

HOW DO YOU KEEP THE FOOD FRESH DURING THE DELIVERY?

All of our boxes are delivered by either refrigerated vehicles or insulated packaging and chilled packs, to keep your food fresh during transit.

CAN I RECYCLE THE PACKAGING?

Yes, depending on local restrictions.

WHAT’S YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?

We operate a Challenge 25 policy – if you’re lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you’ll be asked for proof of ID when buying alcohol. Some of our shipping carriers ask this as mandatory.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?

If your delivery hasn’t arrived by 8pm on your delivery day please let us know by contacting support@wonderlandathome.com.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY DELIVERY TIMESLOT NOTIFICATION EMAIL.

Check your junk or spam folders first. Although every effort is made by our delivery drivers to provide a delivery window, this isn’t always possible – so delivery should be expected between 8am-8pm of your chosen delivery day. We’re working hard to improve the accuracy of our delivery service and provide all customers with a specified timeslot.

I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.
